These terms govern your use of pioneerdigital.co and Pioneer Digital’s services. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

The service

Pioneer provides websites and marketing systems for local service businesses for $297 per month, billed monthly on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. This typically includes a built and hosted website, missed-call text-back, a review-request system, and customer email and SMS campaigns. We do not guarantee specific results, search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue — outcomes depend on your market, competition, and use of the system.

Billing & cancellation

Fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. You keep your own domain; hosted services, phone numbers, and automations run on our systems and stop when your subscription ends.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including obtaining any required consent before we send messages on your behalf.

Intellectual property

Site content and materials are owned by Pioneer or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service while your subscription is active.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pioneer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
